ScadaCam tracks objects down to a size of 9 pixels. This allows filters to be used to define different types of object characteristics to validate true motion or whether it is background motion such as a waving tree. Becasue of ScadaCam's ability to track objects as small as 9 pixels on target, ScadaCam is the only non-military system known that can track a moving object with a moving pan tilt camera with motion in the background.

ScadaCam uses an enterprise server and data repository that allows images to be captured in real-time stored locally and transferred as network conditions allow. ScadaCam requires minimal bandwidth for enterprise viewing of remote sites. It employs a unique method of obtaining video and thermal data remotely, and then displays it centrally to the organization. ScadaCam’s remote sites are secure. Different from all other IP embedded camera systems, ScadaCam does not have any open ports that would allow users from the outside to gain access to your system and network. The ScadaCam remote server (OCC) can only contact the enterprise server (SMS).
